Ian Campbell is the Manager of Residential Sales Productivity for Mannington Mills. Since joining Mannington in 2014, he has held multiple roles including Sr. Analyst of Commercial Sales, CRM Manager, Sr. Analyst of Strategy, Regional Sales Director for the SE region and the Product Manager for Commercial Sheet Vinyl.
Ian has been involved with some key initiatives for Mannington in his different roles. He worked on the sale of the VCT product category, launched multiple commercial sheet products and most recently project managed the move to a direct model for our NW region.
He has been a member of our Family Council since its inception 6 years ago. He is currently the head of the education committee and sits on the communication committee. He has helped draft our family internship policy and social media guidelines.
Ian’s great-grandfather, Neil, was the son of John B. Campbell, founder of Mannington Mills. His grandfather, Jack, father, Neil, and uncle, David, all worked at Mannington through the years.
Ian grew up in Landenberg, PA and holds an MBA from West Virginia University. He currently lives in Acworth, GA with his wife Alissa and their three children – sons Jack and Gavin, and daughter Caralynn.
