David Novick is a Managing Director on PwC’s Private Family Enterprises team and is based in Chicago. PwC is a leading provider of professional services to family enterprises and high-net-worth families, serving over 3,000 U.S. families and 10,000 globally. Prior to joining PwC, David served as President of Johnson Keland Management, Inc. (JKM) providing corporate and family governance, financial, and advisory services to individual members of the Samuel C. Johnson and Karen Johnson Boyd families (majority owners of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc.). Before joining JKM David was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for William Harris Investors, a 55-person multi-family office. Between 1998 and 2004 he served as Sr. V.P. of Security Capital Group, a leading publicly traded international real estate operating and investment management company. David is an attorney by background beginning his career as a Partner in the Financial Services practice of Katten Muchin Rosenman in Chicago.
