Her work is focused on the areas of family and corporate governance, in designing and implementing strategies that allow for effective decision- making processes and family harmony. She has guided families to develop family charters, implement family councils, build corporate boards with independent directors, draft policies for succession planning and is passionate about next-gen development. As a member of a family business and current vice-president of its foundation, she brings first-hand experience of the challenges and joys of working together and navigating multiple roles in the unique path of being a family in business.
