Frieda serves as Managing Director of Strategic Client Development. She leads our Business Transition Advisory Team with the intent to optimize the personal and financial readiness for business owners considering a transition. Frieda previously served as Managing Director for the Business Transition Advisory Group at Truist and was responsible for strategic client development between Wealth and the Corporate & Investment Group. Frieda began her 20+ year financial services career in strategy consulting and has experience across wealth management including practice management consulting, portfolio management, client service and business development.

While it may seem like the last box to check, personal preparation well in advance of a transition can optimize financial and business outcomes. That remains true whether the transition involves a sale to an outside buyer, passing to the next generation of family, or selling to employees.
